POSTPARTUM CARE PACKAGES
Our postpartum care packages are designed to nurture, restore, and support you during the first six weeks after birth. Each package includes a combination of Abhyanga bodywork treatments and/or traditional doula care, with the option to substitute visits according to your needs.
Care Package 1 – $2,295
✔ 1 visit per week for 6 weeks (6 total)
Customize each visit as bodywork or doula care
Care Package 2 – $4,590
✔ 2 visits per week for 6 weeks (12 total)

1 bodywork + 1 doula care

Care Package 3 – $6,732
✔ 3 visits per week for 6 weeks (18 total)
Examples:
1–2 bodywork sessions + 1–2 doula care per week
Care Package 4 – $8,670
✔ 4 visits per week for 6 weeks (24 total)

Care Package 5 – $9,870
✔ 4 visits per week for 6 weeks (24 total)
✔ Weekly meal delivery included
1 bodywork + 1 doula care visit per week, plus fresh meals delivered
➕ ADD-ON SERVICES
Birth Doula: $4,000 a la carte; $3,000 with any packages
Meal Delivery: $425 per week (3 days), $600 per week (5 days)
